The lyrics to AB Logic's song Real World deal with themes of reality and perception, as well as survival and perseverance in the face of hardship. The first stanza sets the tone by describing how in the bad times, the sun doesn't shine in the real world. The singer wonders if they are going crazy, while trying to walk through life. The second stanza repeats the question of whether this is the real world or just a dream, while stating that life is hard but they will make it to the dark (i.e. get through the tough times). The third stanza encourages the listener to open their eyes and escape the darkness, to live for tomorrow and do what's right.
