1. U-Turn (Lili) (the song has been integrated in the movie as a song written by a character for his sister ; the character of the sister has then been renamed in "Lili" to match the song). This song made the band very well known nationally.
2. Mister K.
On the first AaRON album, they covered the song Strange Fruit, a song which was made famous by Billie Holiday. The version they perform on the album is drawn largely from Nina Simone's rendition on her 1965 album Pastel Blues.

Hands
Aaron Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I'm not used to all this I do not know what to say
Only got my eye on you so it don't matter wait
But where the fuck are you I'm trying to find you every way
No I cannot find you
I know that we are bound to, each other
I know that one day we will find another
but still, it feels like you and I fit like a glove
I wanna get you that's my only plan
The lyrics in Aaron's song "Hands" depict the confusion and frustration someone may feel when they are interested in someone but cannot seem to find them or get their attention. The first line describes how this person is being flirted with by others, but they only have eyes for the person they are searching for. The next line emphasizes their discomfort with this situation, as they aren't used to so much attention and don't know how to respond.
The chorus of the song further emphasizes the longing for this specific person. The phrase "I know that we are bound to each other" suggests that there's a sense of destiny or inevitability to their connection, even if it's not clear how they will be united. However, the lines "I know that one day we will find another" and "still, it feels like you and I fit like a glove" are slightly contradictory, suggesting that even though the connection between these two may be strong, there is an underlying doubt that it will ever come to fruition.
Overall, "Hands" is a song that captures the feeling of wanting someone who may be hard to find or who may not even reciprocate those feelings. It's a relatable experience for many people and the lyrics do a good job of expressing that longing and confusion in a way that feels genuine.

I was about to die from an overdose in my apartment in Miami all alone after so many different drugs…I went to grab my phone and I couldn’t even see what I pressed and out of no where YouTube started and this song played. My heart was beating out of my chest and then the room turned white and I felt at peace. My heart slowed down and I survived. Jesus Christ is real people. He saved my life.

HALLELUJAH! Bless God. Glad you're still here. Don't give up. Keep running your race. The fact that you're still alive means God is running with you!

Wow bro that history touched me, now we are brothers in Christ and the fact that you only need to see a flower to open up or a hen taking care of his chicks to see that all the creation must have a Creator, Elohim the God of Creation 🕊✝️💯

I really hope this song crosses over into mainstream radio stations as well, Aaron. Your voice...the music...the praying hands - there is such a nostalgic vibe to it all. Maybe it's because when we truly put our lives in God's hands, we do feel like we are at home! Just an incredible song. Thank you for sharing it with us! 🙏
