anytime that I'm runnin, runnin around
up late so i think I'm comin round,
girl you hold me down
flyin LA to MA, TSA to T
straight MBTA when Im on my to see, ya
Im saying words that I hear that you miss
a little precip. in the air thats the mist
so we're floating on the fog coming off of my lips
even if I haven't seen ya since the seasons going
there's a reason that its warmer where the leaves aint growing
na ma don't leave, namaste with me
sipping the potent unzipping my mind open at least for me, for you
fates got flavor so savor what we do
when we're back in the same old space
like in the basement, lights low, years past
bringing it back to those nights
we could be harking on the rose colored glass
but let's wear em in the dark
Maybe I’ve been gone too long
been moving on memory
look back forget the places I could never replace
road got us running
lucidity in place
reshape the world around me while I’m missing your phase
Its been a while since we’ve been round the moon can we keep going?
You said you love me but in fog I cannot see it showing
hitting your number just to test your dial tone
now the only time I’m feeling good vibrations on my phone
though I’m sure when I come your way
I’ll think of things that you wanna here me say
I’ll take you back to the very first day
tomorrows evening I’ll be leaving can’t stay
Pulling the strings on my perception
Until i get back on that connection
