The simplest way to get someone to chase you, is to not chase them.
Just make yourself present in a way that she can pick up on. Let yourself be there out of choice, not a seemingly necessary decision and not by doing something you think is going to get her.
She can’t chase you if you’re chasing her.
Same goes for women. A girl can’t get chased by a guy if he is being chased.
Which, chasing is not necessary for a relationship. Just a choice between the two of you to be there. If anyone is going to chase, ideally that would be the woman.
So, just live your life. She’ll come to you if you stop trying. Just make yourself present. That’s it.

That's why you shouldn't let things be dependent on luck, i don't like when girls message me first in online dating for example, it messes my opener and the same happens when she's the one that makes the first move and such.
