As a Christian I feel this song and being diagnosed with anxiety and depression is the hardest battle to fight. But praying helps along with this song. It speaks the cry that I can’t speak up and tell anyone and when I do it’s me crying wolf and that I need to let the hurt go. But what people don’t understand is that all I needed was an ear. Mental health physically and spiritually is real we all need help.

I agree. I'm in a abusive marriage and I tell myself & everyone I'm close to I'm gonna leave. My head knows better but my heart won't let him go. So I always forgive him and take him back. Even though the last time it got so bad, he almost took my life. But I still except his phone calls from jail. I cry all the time because I loved this man and gave him everything. Including myself love and respect. Hes broke me in everyway. I feel so lost and nobody understand what it's like unless they've been thru it themselves. Muffin Divine most aren’t sadly. It took me 13 years almost taking my life which now to this day I wish he did take my life sadly. I had stayed because I knew I had no family, wasn’t allowed friends so no where to leave to. Had no choice but to stay. One day he almost killed me so I left knowing I’d be homeless. Been living in my car with my large family dog taking up the whole backseat, I sleep in driver seat, and my parrot is in the front passenger seat for almost 3 years now. Suffering more out here homeless then I did staying with him. I’m more afraid out here alone every single day and night. I regret leaving sadly. I was already used to the abuse, everyday now I just wish he had killed me sadly. I’m dying out here in the heat in the snow and starving. This is torture out here.
