I hear her but iHEAR the track. Deadmau5 is genius!! Also, the Mashup that Kaskade did with Haley [Fall In Love With Brazil] is KILLLLLLER!!! Each time i hear the track now, I'm waiting for Haley's voice to enter. Taking nothing away from Alexis but this track is what's going to get her the attention.

Because there's been too many hip hop and rap artists that just sample electronic music without giving the credit where the credit is due Alla Kanye West and Daft Punk better stronger faster ring a bell? A lot of people like to make fun of electronic music because they think it's all techno But as you can see it's not that's why everybody loves this song not taking away anything from Alexis's voice but let's keep it 1000 The beat is what everybody remembers.

UGH, you have no idea how much I hate it when people complain about something going "mainstream"! Music is music whether it's got 1000 hits or 100,000, it's not like the artist suddenly becomes crap after a certain number of page views! It took me a while to realize, but I thought I was starting to like this track for some reason and then I realized that the track underneath the vocals is from DEADMAU5. The instrumental itself is amazing. One of the best electronic pieces ive heard in a while. All the vocals do in this version is make it commercial and guarantee sales. Personally I think I will stick with DEADMAU5.

I'm glad the title says "Deadmau5 Mix", otherwise people would've thought the instrumental belonged to her as well. It's actually quite interesting what she has done to a rather solemn and sentimental track, not saying it's bad but it's quite unique.

Edit 11/22: to be clear, this is a song cover in which Alexis sings over the original track: Brazil by deadmau5. Either way it's music, enjoy folks.

Technically, he is a co-writer, because he wrote the beat. But Deadmau5 himself was not in the studio or did not contribute his effort to the track, the only thing that is his is the beat which was SAMPLED with permission.
