Después de haber sido corista de otros artistas, en 2014 debutó con su disco "El bien traerá el bien y el mal traerá cancione"s, que tenía como protagonistas su voz y guitarra.
En su segundo trabajo, Pactos (2017), se dedicó a explorar por otros caminos, y como resultado editó un disco un poco más oscuro y con más peso del pop y del rock and roll. Le valió tres Premios Graffiti -Mejor álbum pop, Mejor solista femenina y Artista del año por voto popular- y tocó en el Lollapalooza de Argentina.
En 2020, Alfonsina presentó otra muestra de su nueva búsqueda musical. Publicó tres simples «Contigo», «Onírica» y a fin de año llegó «Como drone», en colaboración con el productor BNT, uno de los nombres de la escena de hip hop local.
