The current members of All Left Out met playing shows together, in different bands. All Left Out self recorded an EP, 'Retrospect' in January 2003. In February 2005, the band funded and produced the recording of their debut album, entitled 'Never Say Never'.
In June 2005 they flew to the USA and began full time promoting and touring. At this point, the album was independently released in New Zealand, the USA and parts of Canada, as well as the UK, in May 2006. It has so far, independently, sold 17,500 copies worldwide.
On returning home to New Zealand in December 2005, they wasted no time in self-booking the 'Never Say Never' tour, which commenced in March 2006 and included extensive dates in the US, and the UK.
In February 2007 the band traveled to Melbourne, Australia to record the self- funded album, titled ‘The Conquest’. All Left Out made their fourth visit to the USA in June of 2007. They released the new album, and have independently sold 14,000 copies of it, to date. The band also played over half of the 2007 Vans Warped Tour.
This means they have independently sold over 31,000 albums worldwide.
Through their relentless self-promotion efforts, the band has established a fan base in all major cities of the USA, UK and New Zealand.
They are currently touring New Zealand with good friends, Arms Reach, on "The Conquest" tour, supporting their latest album.

The lyrics of All Left Out's song "Everything" appear to express affection and gratitude towards someone special. The singer talks about how this person makes them feel, a feeling that cannot be replicated by anyone else. The lyrics reveal how that person has changed their outlook on life, and everything around them seems to be better because this person came into their life. The singer acknowledges that they have tried to figure out why things have changed since meeting this person but cannot quite explain it. The chorus repeats the idea that the individual is everything to the singer, and it is comforting to know that they feel the same way.
The song seems to be a love song, although the exact context is not clear. Some of the lyrics suggest that the singer has opened up to love and allowed themselves to be vulnerable, hence why everything looks better since they opened that door. Despite the ups and downs that may come in relationships, the person being referred to in the song is always on the singer's mind, and they will always think of them. The uniqueness of their bond is emphasized, as only the person described can make the singer feel the way they do now.

me too so storytime no one asked for but i want to tell someone: so me and friends were sitting at our usual table at lunch then we saw a girl who we will call Lily she was one of the popular girls best friends they lived next to each other and everything. Lily’s friend left out Lily out a lot. So me and my friends decided to invite her to our lunch table she sits with us every day, now im the one who gets left out every day they call and the next day at school they are like “remember when Lily did that?” and blah blah blah it gets so annoying i hate it but i just say its me because im being petty and jealous anyway i didnt realize i was typing this much so if you read all this have a good day! <3
