The band's next, The Fall of Ideals was released on July 11, 2006 to acclaim from all angles, including Kerrang! and Metal Hammer. The first video from the album was This Calling, which was featured on the soundtracks of both Masters of Horror II and Saw III. It was followed by The Air That I Breathe. Additionally, their song Six was featured on the Guitar Hero 2 game for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox 360.
On January 11, 2007, the band announced their new drummer, Jason Costa, previously of Diecast. 2007 also has seen the band's first US headlining tour, which also featured Misery Signals, The Human Abstract, Light This City, and Cellador. All That Remains also made a special appearance at the New Jersey show of Sounds of the Underground in 2007.
A third video from "The Fall of Ideals" for the song Not Alone was released in mid-2007. Also, the band's DVD, entitled "All That Remains Live", was released in November of 2007. Currently, the band is co-headlining on tour with trivium.
The bands fourth effort, Overcome, is a combination of hardcore screaming and clean singing, best example being a song for the hopeless. The cd is a departure from their previous efforts, but it can still be appreciated in many ways.
In addition, they have released three of their songs: This Calling, Chiron, and Two weeks, as a welcome addition to any rock band players library.
On October 17, 2018, guitarist Oli Herbert died from drowning from a prescription overdose. He was 44 years old.

Indictment
All That Remains Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
When they fall upon me
You worship gods of violence and bigotry
Forgetting lessons learned that prove these
The wrong ideals
Don't let me follow in the footsteps
I won't embrace these wrong ideals
It only serves your wrong beliefs
This is my indictment of your beliefs
This is my indictment of what you hold dear
Your evil consumes you
A jealous few incite ignorant followers
Invoke the name and watch the masses turn on us
For fear that I embody what you fear
This is my indictment of your beliefs
This is my indictment of what you hold dear
My eyes have seen the horrors that you
Commit in the name of your god
Your god is violence, Your god is unholy
Eyes fill with hatred when they fall upon me
Invoke the name and watch the masses turn on us
For fear that I embody what you fear
Your god is violence, Your god is unholy
The lyrics of All That Remains's song Indictment address the issue of violence and bigotry in society. The singer addresses those who hold beliefs that condone violence and domination, and characterizes these beliefs as "wrong ideals." The singer then makes a clear stand against these beliefs, stating that they will not embrace them and instead will indict them. The singer goes on to criticize those who use their beliefs to incite others to violence and hatred, and points out the damaging effects of this behavior.
The repeated line "Eyes fill with hatred when they fall upon me" highlights the personal nature of the issue at hand, suggesting that the singer has experienced discrimination or violence as a result of their beliefs or identity. By characterizing these beliefs as "wrong" and "unholy," the song takes a firm stand against the idea that violence can be justified under any circumstances.
Overall, Indictment is a powerful statement against violence and bigotry, and a call to reject these ideologies in favor of a more peaceful and inclusive society.
