Daniel Maoate) is one quarter of the critically and commercially acclaimed New Zealand hip hop group Deceptikonz. After three platinum and multiple gold certifications with his group, Alphrisk also has his own solo record out, The Best Kept Secret, featuring assistance from his Deceptikonz counterparts as well as Adeaze, Scram Jones, and the Breakin Wreckwordz crew. More recently, Alphrisk and Deceptikonz have formed their own label, Horsemen Records, that will be distributed throughout New Zealand and Australia by Dawn Raid/Universal.
