In 1989, the were approached by several record companies. Their first release, self titled American Angel, did very well. The band made a video for their first single from the album, 'HOW CAN I MISS YOU', that was featured on MTV's Headbangers Ball. Then in 1990, they ran into a problem with the record company and received no label support at all. The problem was that the record company just vanished from the industry and American Angel were left on their own. That didn't stop Rocco and crew, they continued on and put out a second album, 'EP 92', in February of 1992. At the time, the music scene was changing and alternative rock was becoming popular and eventually the band went their separate ways and American Angel was no longer. Rocco released one more album in 1998 after that, 'ARCHIVES', a collection of some of the songs from the first two albums and some stuff no one have ever heard before. 15 years after their debut, a new era is here and American Angel is back and better then ever. Although, members of the band have changed, Rocco Fury is still the front man and sounds just like the way you remember him. They are going to be playing all the old favorites that you grew up on.
