Gravaram o EP intitulado "Deus e os loucos", com quatro canções próprias, que recebeu grande aceitação por parte de público e crítica. Fê Lemos, baterista do Capital Inicial, elogiou: "Músicas curtas e diretas, com arranjo cuidadoso de vocais e instrumentos. As letras fogem do lugar-comum. Uma boa surpresa".
No final de 2005 participaram da Batalha de Bandas, promovida pelo Empório São Francisco, e venceram-na.
Suas influências são muitas, entre elas The Beatles, Mutantes, Rolling Stones. Tem um som que não se caracteriza apenas como uma repetição do que a história musical apresenta por gerações mas que também reinventa e reisignifica seus timbres, tons, sentimentos e sensações.
A banda vem se apresentando em vários locais de Curitiba, já tendo se apresentado em São Paulo e no litoral paranaense. Anacrônica quer expandir seu som, mostrar para todos a verdadeira mensagem que traz com ele. Um som em que o tempo é o próprio corpo e sentimentos, suas vibrações, seu ritmo, seu rock'n'roll.
