The Black Eyed Peas are promoting love through their music, but some people are still resistant to this message

All these protests with different colored faces
People of all races are coming together to protest against violence and inequality

We are all human and capable of love and compassion

Why do we have to chase love instead of embracing it?

Our selfish desires and motives have led us astray

The media often portrays negative and distorted information

Negative images is the main criteria
The media prioritizes negative and harmful images and messages

Infecting the young minds faster than bacteria
The media is influencing and negatively affecting young minds at a rapid pace

Kids wanna act like what they see in the cinemas
Children are emulating and replicating the violent and negative behavior they see in movies

What happened to the love and the values of humanity?
We have lost sight of fundamental principles of love, kindness, and compassion

What happened to the love and the fairness and equality?
We have strayed from valuing love, fairness, and equality for all people

Instead of spreading love we're spreading animosity
Instead of promoting love, we are spreading hate and negativity

Lack of understanding leading us away from unity
We are failing to understand each other and this is driving us further apart instead of bringing us together
