Her latest album Icarus Heart was again produced in London and is said to be the strongest of the three records she's released so far. It was released on January 21, 2011
Falling into Place is the debut album of Annakin (Ann Kathrin Lüthi), released in 2007. On her record, presents twelve profound tracks about the frozen sea (Freeze), the attempt to steal the thunder (Danger Ahead) and about the loss of blood (Heart in Plastic). Yet, not only anger and pain dominate the album, but also relief (Breathe) and redemption (Restored); although soon enough an ominous storm brews up again and discharges in the dancing ballad Storm.
Annakin’s record Torch Songs is an eclectic collage of electronics, live instruments, glorious song-writing and lots of jiggery-pokery. The Swiss artist adds wonderful male vocals to her own unique voice, combines marching drums with electronic beats and merges wind instruments with strings.

And I have left no stone unturned
I made every endeavor
I put out the fire before it burned
All you want to get is the sweet but not the sour
There is no way for me
to love you by the hour
You freeze
And I'm still burning
In these lyrics, the artist is reflecting on a relationship that has come to an end. They state that they have done everything in their power to make it work and have left no stone unturned. Despite this, the relationship has still failed, and they express the feeling of having put out the fire before it even had a chance to burn.
The artist then references the idea that some people only want to experience the good parts of a relationship, the sweet without the sour. They acknowledge that there is no way for them to love someone who only wants part of them. The final line "You freeze, and I'm still burning" is perhaps the most poignant of the song. It suggests that the other person has seemingly lost interest or passion, and the artist is still feeling the after-effects of the failed relationship.
