Legend Of Mana is still one of the greatest games ever. :) Also Suikoden, and Legend of Dragoon. I remember hearing the intro song of LoD by Elsa Raven, on the radio once in my life.

The version of this in the remaster is great. Uses the new background art, doesn't seem to be a video file like this one was, and even runs at 60 FPS. It was a special moment when I saw it on the Switch.

I been playing since 2001 and when i beat the game the song wasn't japanese. I thought it was french so i let my older sister listen to the song after i beat the game. She said that it was not french.... For 16 years i finally learn this song is Swedish. My mind is blown away lol. I still love it.

And to think that many disliked this girl for singing this song in the past.(even in our own country) Tch! They don't even know when someone actually sings! I freaking loved every second of the opening of this game! I also think it's unfair to blame the singer for the weird lyrics. Personally, I think she did an excellent job of opening up this game. Few games were like this one... very few.

Squaresoft was so silly at those times. I mean, you got Irish singer for Xenogears and Swedish singer for Legend of Mana yet both were not released in Europe! The HD remaster of this game was the first time it's officially available for Europeans to buy the game.

OMG it's Anime Jpop sang in Swedish!
I'm Swedish and all I can say is the lyrics are trite and quite awkward in their implementation.
But still, it has that playful "Japanese-ness" about it that makes me not care.
