i mean, from figuring out he's immune to infection, to growing a collection of super combo weapons and the freaking bfg9000 x buster... shouldnt nick just feel a liiitle bit more confident as the game goes on?

Shame that my good ending requires me to beat multiple super bosses that would easily classify as The Most Powerful Characters In Gaming, the AI is cheating like hell, there's no Boss Analysis to help me, nothing to tell me if I've derailed myself into the bad ending instead, and half of my life is classifying as a Creepy Moment. The game is too complex to use a Debug Mode, too, what's quite bad. And at the end of my life, there's only a Creepy Bad Ending in the form of my death.

It's not about the ending you get, it's the game you play.

Having an utterly defeatist and pessimistic outlook on things does absolutely nothing to improve things for anyone at all. Life can be challenging and unkind at times, but the only way you get a 'bad end' in life is if you give up entirely and decide it's over before it's even begun. Being bitter and nihilist is simply sabotages things for you. Ultimately we as individuals decide what to do with our lives and what constitutes a good life.

Equating life to a video game is pretty disparaging to life as a whole overall. However I like what whoisthisgit was trying to say.

Keep striving for the best possible outcome despite the difficulties and obstacles in your way.

As for the endings I know it sounds bad but I found Ending D hilarious! Just seeing how completely out off character Nick was before paying the heavy price for this one brief moment of douchbaggary all in order to make this bizarre ending possible, it's just too funny! :D

Do you have any plans to make one about "Dead Rising: Off The Record" too? I know it isn't Canon but it's still interesting to see what could've been in an Alternate Universe type setting. Either way keep up the awesomeness with your videos! :)

5 years later, I find myself re-watching this vid... again. This has to be the Creepy Bad Endings episode I've watched the most times. Along with the Clock Tower one, I guess (funny it's referenced here!).
I love DR3 so much, to the point I didn't even check out the 4 that's apparently shitty, since I consider the 3 to be the true ending of the series.

But god, this vid reminds me of how much I miss the "classic" Creepy Bad Endings, before other kinds of endings were included... I wish a new series was made for other kinds of endings, and for CBE to stay true to it's roots... Oh well...

A bad ending in this format reminds me of Persona 5 and its Royal edition; failing to meet a deadline to solve certain problems, but instead of trying to help someone get out of trouble, it's the fate of the world that is at stake.

Yeaaaaaaah I made that scene a lot more ridiculous during my play through, i basically found this bullhead early in the and kept it for the rest of the game and of course your costume doesn’t change in the cutscenes. So I was just looking at this girl shoving her face inside of a bull mask while she hugs the guy wearing it.

Hey WhoIsThisGit when you said the names in the dead rising 1 orphan scene was wrong you are correct but didn’t Isabela Keyes say to Nick “Nick, that’s what they call you now?” So it’s just that Isabela thought his name was the same

The first boss kicked my ass like a thousand times. Also I love and hate this game. I am not a fan of the fact that they got rid of the arrow thing that was in previous games where you clicked on a mission and the arrow leads you to it. Also I do not like how they decided to be like the Uncharted games where when you are dying their is a nonsensical change of color which makes it harder for you to see.
