Formed in the late 2003, "Antim Grahan" has now emerged as one of the premier extreme metal outfits in the underground scene of Nepal. The band is recognized in the underground community as a prime example of virtuosity, perseverance, dedication and evolution.
Antim Grahan is the first band to have a record label in the local underground scene in Nepal as it has been associated with KTM Records for their first album.
The band has released 5 albums under their belt with the latest one being I Wish You Death.

The promotion budgets in west are much larger than in the east. So the success. It has nothing to do with talent. It is unfortunate but the truth. Also the audience for such music is larger in the west. A small portion of population in the east listens to this kind of music.

@Pradyot Raj Pandey i agree with that man. Our country has lots of metal and rock bands that have potential to reach the international platforms. We don't get enough chances to prove our worth. No sponsorships, no media coverage. Nepali metal music scene needs be to be given a lot more recognition.

@Ankur Mahato but considering they are the forefathers of nepali metal scene do you think they have the recognition and fame that they deserve? They are barely known in our underground metal community and only have a small reach to the wider audience, forget the international crowd. Look at the so called "bands" these days that have gained international recognition with their music who have 1/10th of the musicality and skills that Antim Grahan had. So as long as all of their songs are further recognized and further viewed they will always be under rated. Because it means to have less recognition than they actually deserve.
