Roberts was born in Swabia, Germany, to a German mother and Scottish father, though was raised in Kilmahog, a hamlet close to the small town of Callander, near Stirling in central Scotland. where he started playing the guitar and writing music. In 1994 he adopted the name "Appendix Out" and started playing small venues with bandmates Dave Elcock, Gareth Eggie and Eva Peck. This is where he was discovered by American musician Will Oldham, and a contract with US label Drag City was soon to follow. Roberts is noted for both his own compositions and recitations of traditional songs, including on his album of traditional death ballads, No Earthly Man.

2nd edit: I'm 14 now, there are still tiny scars that haven't gone away from the surgery but its okay! :)

I have had a laparoscopic appendix removal surgery almost 19 days ago
But i got a concern :(
On my day 16th i woke up feeling so great as if i was 100% healed and recovered . So i was like lets do some leg raises workout since my lower abdomen is out of work for so long .
So i did:
10 leg raises (normal ones)
10 v shape leg raises
10 twisting leg raises (10 each side)
10 swimming reverse
I did them nice and slow .
But after 2 mins from being done
I felt some twitching pain that lasted for 2 or 3 seconds only and then it was gone .
That twitching little slight pain came back for 3,4 times and then it was gone completely and only lasted for 2 or 3 seconds everytime it came .
My question is did i mess up my abdominal layers ? And would that cause a hernia ? And what was the cause of that slight pain near my surgery was . I know it is a stupid act of me but i cant change what happened . And how does the human body works ? Does it heal itself inside first then outside or vice versa?
Im really depressed as i was taking care of myself of not doing anything or not lifting anything but somehow i did this stupid thing 16 days post surgery .

I have a pre athletic body
I’m a muay thai player not a pro , but in a great condition and good physic .
Before surgery i used to workout 4 5 times a week with no problem
I dont have any other diseases
I eat healthy .
My bowel movement is perfect
I dont have fever
I dont have abdominal pain
No nothing .
i would really appreciate it if you reply to my concern as i am really over thinking about it !
I cant get into a peace of mind status .

The anasthesia makes you cough later. Whenever I coughed the next couple of days it felt like bloody murder at the incision site. Was very sore for days afterwards.

Coughing is from the breathing tube they jam deep into your throat
