The first is a death metal band from Vancouver, Canada, that formed in 2008. Their music focuses on themes from H.P. Lovecraft's mythos. They have released a number of EPs and split releases as well as two full-length albums, with their third album Mute Books due to be released on October 21, 2016 through Profound Lore.

After a few listens I agree there's so many good riffs in there but the album definitely needs a bit more duration. Some of those songs could be rung out a bit longer and looped without it being overtly repetitive.
