The group consists of Bang Yong Guk (방용국), Kim Him Chan (힘찬), Jung Dae Hyun (대현), Yoo Young Jae (영재), Moon Jong Up (종업) and Zelo (젤로).

The members of the group were promoted using various meanings (digital single, sub-unit activities and even MCing) and did so during many months prior to debut, getting them a lot of attention from the media. On January 8th, 2012, the first episode of their pre-debut reality show MTV “Ta-Dah! It’s B.A.P” aired, revealing the remaining three members to the public. Their first single “WARRIOR” was released on January 26th 2012 and they officially debuted on January 27th 2012 on KBS Music Bank, followed on the 28th by a huge showcase held at the Jangchung Gymnasium, where more than 3,000 fans attended. They secured their spot as rookies who brightly shined the 2012 music industry by sweeping the rookie awards for various end-of-the-year award ceremonies. On February 12th, 2014, B.A.P won their first public broadcast win, two years after debuting, at MBC Show Champion with their title song "1004 (Angel)". After 7 years together, B.A.P decided to disband in 2019.

We will never have or see a group that was as explosive, amazing, and talented as BAP. I mean, their debut, Warrior? That was THE shit. It was so hard to believe it was a debut because it was so much better than anything that was ever put out, even by veteran groups. They really paved the way for a new era of music. And yet this amazingness died with them because nobody else could do it as well or could even hope to replicate it. Groups like BAP come once in a thousand years, and yet this fucking company ruined their opportunity. You best bet they'd be way bigger than BTS now if they're still here. It's just such a pity that everything was ruined by a combination of bad management and, really, bad luck.

If you're ever reading this, BAP - you are irreplaceable and there will nobody who will ever be like you.

BAP's songs just pack so much punch. They were on the roll. Their songs were very powerful. Not only on the concept. Lyrics, rhythm, rap, choreo. EVERYTHING. THEY WERE SLAYING. It just breaks my heart that they weren't treated what they deserve. If the lawsuit didn't happen, or if it was just handled properly, we would have been blessed with good music until now

I'm watching this again in 2018 and looking back at it, I feel that this song and WARRIOR were ahead of its time. Also, they're the ones that trended the dark, powerful, badass, and epic concept WHILE addressing societal issues in their songs. BABYZ from their debut time and stayed until now can remember and feel that so many boy groups after them tried to take on their concept but it didn't work out too well and they have to result to going with the safer recycled concepts, yet B.A.P still stuck to it (like their most recent comeback with 'Hands Up') because only B.A.P can genuinely present and fit the concept well without seeming too over-embellished just for the sake of attracting attention. And all BABYZ know the way their songs take on real current societal issues; it's deep, detailed, yet straight-cut. Yongguk and the others know what's up and they aren't afraid to voice it out, and they voice it out clearly. At this point so many boy group after them tried to stand out by singing 'meaningful woke songs' but kpop fans from 2012 know who started that trend and concept.

I'm a Baby and now also Atiny(ateez fandom) The difference of their sound to other groups,their dance and the social messages they try to convey. The difference between b.a.p and ateez is the way/style they convey their messages. While b.a.p talked bout the oppression of the higher ups,racism etc, ateez talked bout how we shouldn't give up in life,we all in this together etc.....

Kpop Fan ppl didn’t sleep on them. They were on track to be one of Korea’s top idol groups but sadly they had to sue their company which resulted in a 2 year hiatus. During that time fans left finding similar groups such as bts and block b at the time. When they returned it was too late and the hyped had died down. The only ppl to blame for the poor handling of B.A.P is TS Entertainment. Trash ass company!

I'm currently doing a marathon with 2nd gen of KPOP artists..and for me, BAP belongs to 2nd gen.

I missed them. They are really popular back then but if you'll ask me to name them, I can do it without being confused, they have this distinct personality, you can say who's who. Marmiba yeahhh big bang was already well established and from an amazing company like yg.plus their already kings of kpop. But bap they were upcoming. They would literally have been the big deal right now but they aren't because they weren't backed by a good company. Their company was absolutely terrible. Nd then during the hiatus many baby's joined other fandoms. So all in all now that they're back but they're still struggling to get the fame they deserve.
But u know the best thing abt them is their unity nd their brotherhood. Nd their care for fans. BAP has this own little world with them and baby's nd they do everything to keep us happy. Nd baby's are also an amazing mature and supporting fandom. So we're a small family but happy family. Nd I'm glad u liked them. Let's hope they get the recognition they deserve one day

B.A.P put out something like 26 songs, mvs and tours within a very short time. Every song stands on it's own. Instead of coffee, I wake up with their songs...since they make me energized and happy and gives me power. I appreciate that a small independent company that appreciates artistic freedom has personally given me B.A.P (it's a lot). I will support TS Ent much as I can and hope that B.A.P gives the same to others around the world.

This song is still by far my most favorite B.A.P song, I love Kim Him Chan part in this the most, there is something amazing I like when he looks at the camera, it's like his hand gestures and eyes is commanding you as if he is hypnotizing you or some sort. I noticed from all there videos, he has this acting ability that comes out naturally.
