The world needs peace and unity

We need peace now
Peace is our goal and we need it urgently

When restless men might snatch ya kid now
In a world full of danger, we need protection

And restless gangs might pop your mom now
Violence is prevalent and we need to fight against it

Somebody give us peace so we can end the war now
The war needs to stop for peace to reign

It's nation against nation
Nationalism creates divisions and conflicts

Race against race
Racism creates hate and prejudice

A world where we stare death square in the face
Life can be tough and full of challenges

Lord help us
We need divine intervention

Please Lord help us
Our prayers for peace are urgent

We need you right now
We need God's help urgently

And we're asking for you to bless us
We need God's providence and favor

The devil still kills and destroys folks for breakfast
There's evil in the world and it needs to be stopped

We do the same so tell me what's the basis
We need to reflect on our own actions and motives

The kids scream peace but we ignore their faces
The youth are calling for peace but we're not listening

While a tank full of soldiers is headed for the oasis
War and violence is like a desert, barren and dangerous

Armageddon is upon us so Jesus please save us
The end of the world seems near and we need divine intervention

Wipe the turmoil away so we can save races
We need God's peace to heal the wounds of race relations

We feeling the same pain but we're in different places
People around the world share the same struggles and emotions

So scream world wide now
Our plea for peace is universal

When I let go my voice echoes through the ghetto
Our message resonates with marginalized communities

Shout revolution and march through the streets like in Soweto
We need to protest and demand change like in South Africa

I sit and I watch men pull strings like Gepetto
Powerful people control the world like puppeteers

Pharaoh please free my people from deception
Leaders should care for their people and not deceive them

You're not giving us any answers
The authorities are not addressing our concerns

Even though we're asking questions
We're raising important issues but not getting responses

C'mon man let's do a bit of self reflection
We need to reflect on our own actions and decisions

Between the people and the government
There's a disconnect between those in power and those they serve

There's no connection
We're not communicating and working together

Why do you hate me over the darkness of my complexion
Racism is senseless and hurts people unfairly

You put us in the world in all the poorest of sections
Socio-economic inequality is a result of systemic injustice

You watch us go through starvation and poverty
Those in power don't care about the suffering of the poor

Your whole concept of reality surely does trouble me
The status quo is unjust and needs to be changed

You made the teachers lie in world history
The truth is often distorted for the sake of the powerful

But tell my history
The truth about my heritage and ancestry needs to be told

Africa is the birthplace of civilization
Africa has contributed greatly to world history and culture

Forget you man cause I'm not from no Aryan nation
I reject any notion of racial superiority

I'm from the birthplace of Natural creation
I'm proud of my heritage and the natural world that gave birth to it

And to the racist
We're addressing those who promote racism

You secretive unconvicted rapist
Your hidden offenses and prejudices are shameful

Thought I forgot
We remember and we're holding you accountable

You tried to change it through History literature and miscegenation
Racists have used various means to promote their agendas

But now I see a bigger brighter picture
We're awakening to the truth and standing up to racism

The so-called minority has somehow taken over forever
Those oppressed and marginalized are gaining strength and voice

You gaining power again is never fella
We won't let racism and oppression regain power

America and the Black man Caesar and Brutus Jesus and Judas Backstabbers do this
Those in power often betray and harm those they're supposed to protect

Well how did I notice
We're becoming more aware and vigilant of injustice

Well how couldn't I have noticed
The signs of injustice are all around us, we can't ignore them

When you read this or you hear this you can go ahead and quote it
Our message is worth remembering and spreading

Now how did I well find out
We're learning and discovering the truth

It wasn't through hocus or pocus
The truth is not magical or mysterious, but it's there for us to find

I read up and did the math
We're doing our research and analyzing the data

If you like it kiss my focus
Our message is worth supporting and amplifying

Or my ahh
Or you can just appreciate and respect our viewpoint

Now I don't even have to say that word
We're not resorting to vulgar or offensive language

Because the ideology of that is simply put absurd
The ideology of racism and hate has no logical or moral basis
