Evolution
B L A Z E Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Eyes never tire, they never blink, they never fade
And they always see
And without fear, and without greed, emotionless
They view us logically

The age of machines destined to rule all
The world of machines behind the fire wall
The evolution

No need for doubt no need for tears
No need for wealth no need for sympathy
They only wait bide their time
Calculate it all so patiently

It will come like the shadow of a cloud on a summer's day
Like the shadow in a picture, never goes away

Like a picture on a screen that you know is a lie
There's an enemy within that you can visualise.

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to B L A Z E's song Evolution describe a machine-led evolution that is both ominous and inevitable. The first verse highlights the robot's emotionless nature and their ability to view humanity objectively. The second verse paints a picture of a world where machines rule and humans are no longer necessary. The chorus repeats the idea of evolution and its inevitability. The bridge of the song is particularly haunting, describing the "enemy within" that we can visualize but may not have the power to stop.

The lyrics to Evolution can be interpreted in a few different ways. It could be seen as a warning against the development of Artificial Intelligence, and how it could lead to the downfall of humanity. Alternatively, it could be read as a commentary on our over-reliance on technology and how it may be eroding our humanity. The final lines of the song suggest that we may already be too far gone to stop the evolution of machines, making the track a sobering reflection on our relationship with technology.

Ghost Rider

If Blaze will be in the movies, then she should be voiced by Laura Bailey. If you have any other ideas to voice her, write in the comments.
Ps: All E-series robots in Sonic Media please.

I hope she gets an opportunity to return in more games later on, she hasn’t been in a mainline game since Generations and even longer since she was playable, The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog was a good start, hope this upcoming 2D Sonic Game can make her playable alongside the main 4 plus Shadow & Silver

Blaze the Cat is indeed one of my favorites and even a fictional crush for me at one point. But she is so underrated as a Sonic character.

missmanxee

Blaze is my all time favorite female character in the Sonic universe since her debut in Sonic Rush on the DS and I loved her in Sonic 06, Sonic and the Black Knight and most recently in the Sonic Murder Mystery game 👍❤️

I’m curious what do you love about her in 06 ?

missmanxee

Her sacrifice at the end of Silver’s story in Sonic 06 is a very touching moment and that’s why I love her ❤️
