Mucho gusto me presento
Soy el más caro del movimiento
Yo voy a toa y ustedes van lento
Tu puta quiere conmigo ye
Todo me tiene aburrio
Le perdimos el respeto al dinero ye
Yea que tamo sobrao de flow

The song "Mía Mía Mía" by Baby Boy is a braggadocious track that showcases the artist's self-confidence and success. He begins by acknowledging that many people want to be like him or ta (talk) like him, but he continues to shine like a prize that they cannot win. He has a lot of haters, but he avoids them and remains ahead of the game, as stated by his watch. He takes responsibility for his actions, apologizing for nothing, as he knows that many others want to reach his level, but they cannot. He is a valuable commodity, even for the women who covet him. However, the haters cannot get close to him.
Baby Boy introduces himself as the most expensive and valuable individual in the movement or the music industry. He moves fast, so others should keep pace, but it is not his fault that they cannot keep up. He is the creator, and he can exert his power, but he does not do it out of malice. The barriers or fronts that he sets up are to protect himself from the negativity that surrounds him. Even though he acknowledges that he can't please everyone, he still enjoys when people pay attention to him and when they talk about him. He has showcased his worth with diamonds on display, and he is always prepared for any incoming storms. He is in a position of power, and even those who hate him can see the shining symbols of his success.
The chorus repeats that Baby Boy and his crew are overflowing with flow, and he is not interested in anyone who has become tired of him. His lyrics reflect the idea that he has lost respect for the value of the dollar, an idea that he shares with his crew from La Familia. At the end of the song, Baby Boy reiterates his position as the leading figure in his clique, Boy Flow.
