I am 50 and could not agree with you more. Both bands are highly underrated and amazing in concert. Badflower did an acoustic set after their regular show at Sonic Temple this year and I was moved to tears. His voice is pure, raw emotion.

@Laura Hernandez thank you Laura, that's very kind if you. I'm truly appreciative of your kindness. This world would do well if there were more people like you. And I do think life's better for us. Ironically enough I have Badflower to thank for that. My wife and I were in a troubled spot when I wrote that. We have been together for 23 years now and I don't even know how to be me anymore without her. This is a long story but I'll just get to my point. I seen Badflower was coming to town soon after I wrote that. We took a night, got a nice hotel and went to the concert. The show was amazing, personally I was blown away at just how good they were. But seeing that show reminded us of what we used to do back when we were dating, young people newly in love. It reminded us of why and who we are to each other. We realized we needed more time to just ourselves again. It showed us both that what we were missing was the fact we weren't dating anymore, we had stopped focusing on just us. So I feel good right now. We're going to see Highly Suspect next Sunday and we're both very excited to do that. Laura, my mother's name is Laura, a beautiful name attached to an obvious beautiful soul you have within you. Thanks for being a sweetheart, I hope happy finds you every day.

And I don't care who, or when, or how.....the pure release; that ability to vent where others can relate. When you create something you don't realize you're not the only one that's going through similar or particular situations....there's a connection. So glad a friend recommended badflower to me. Really been enjoying their stuff but this one stands above the others in my opinion. Such great lyrics and passion. Gotta love the music that really makes you feel.
