Baxxter's debut 7" single "Russian Song"/"Blues Murderer" was released on Bearos Records in July 2000 (Bearos012). Their second 7", "The Girls Are Looking Good This Summer", was also released on Bearos in March 2002 (Bearos026). In December 2004 Bearos released Action:Re-action (Bearos044), a retrospective of sorts which compiled virtually all the bands' recordings between 1997 and 2002, from their first song, "I am a black faced gibbon renowned for my fighting skills" to the last recording, just called "New Song". The CD includes remastered versions of the two Bearos 7" singles, two additional tracks from the "Russian Song" sessions and the long lost "Big Wednesday" demos, Kelly's last recordings with the band before she joined Twist. Four live tracks finish the CD including their riotous version of "Silent Night" from the 2000 Bearos Xmas Party.
