You are worthy of our praise
Hallelujah, Hallelujah,
You are worthy of our praise
Be high and lifted
Be high and lifted
Jesus
It's you we glorify
It's you we're lifting up
Be high and lifted
Be high and lifted
Be high and lifted
Jesus
It's you we glorify
It's you we're lifting up
The song Hallelujah by Ben Cantelon is a beautiful and powerful worship song that is all about giving glory and praise to Jesus Christ. The lyrics are fairly simple but very powerful, and articulate the heart of the believer who is totally in love with Jesus and wants to worship Him.
The song starts off with the repeated phrase "Hallelujah, Hallelujah, You are worthy of our praise". This phrase is an expression of praise, and acknowledges that Jesus is worthy of all our worship and adoration because of who He is and what He has done. As Christians, we believe that Jesus is God incarnate, who came into this world to save us from sin and death, and so He deserves nothing less than our complete devotion and adoration.
The next verse of the song emphasizes the importance of lifting Jesus up, and glorifying Him. The repeated phrase "Be high and lifted" emphasizes the idea of exaltation, and calls on us as worshippers to lift Jesus up high in our hearts and minds. The second half of the verse emphasizes that it is Jesus alone that we glorify and lift up- not ourselves, not our achievements or accomplishments, but Jesus Christ alone.

i remember the first time the youth band at my church played this at practice, we got so caught up in it in worship and we played for a full 12 minutes because we got so lost in worship, this song is amazing and so powerful, just let yourself get lost in worship.
