This challenge had a profound impact on me and required me to take time to reflect on it.

As I processed this experience, nature offered me comfort and guidance.

As I moved forward, I began to see potential for beauty and creativity in every aspect of life.

We all know what it's like to face terrible circumstances.

In times of difficulty, some of us may find hope or strength in unexpected sources.

Tragic events can feel as though they are suffocating and overwhelming us, regardless of circumstance or background.
