@LOLERXP
Looking for this recording on YouTube for some time, glad someone finally uploaded it!
@Twentythousandlps
This was from the same series of performances that gave us the Bernstein video. However there are two different singers, Margaret Price in place of Edda Moser, and Trudeliese Schmidt in place of Ingrid Mayr. It was released by DG to complete the Mahler symphony cycle on CD that Bernstein had done with them in the 80's. The New York Philharmonic's online site makes it possible to follow Bernstein's own score with this.

Thank you very much!

I think the programs were already printed for LB's New York Philharmonic concert in February 1991 of the Mahler 8 to complete the symphonic cycle - what a night that would have been!
@lennyforever4472
True, another recording of the octave would have been magnificent. LB left us very early. But there is another recording of the octave, with the NY Philharmonic of 1965, under the Memories Reverence label, which I am trying to acquire and post.

@Lennyclassics Hello friend, nice to write to you again. On this occasion I downloaded this version of Mahler's octave (and the truth is that it is a legendary recording) I have been listening to it during the night and I have noticed that it has gaps when it goes from one sound to another, it is like a semi-breakup. It's not in the music but how it was recorded in digital. If later on I could offer this same version but improved in that aspect, it would be great. At the moment I'm listening to Bernstein's version with the London Symphony, recorded with Sony. At the moment I like it. But I am used to this legendary recording.
Best regards.
@lennyforever4472
Hello Friend how are you? Thank you for the warning. I'll check your note to see if it was during the download process or if I can fix it. Hug.
@LuisLopez-uj9cc
@@lennyforever4472 Hopefully you can fix it... and now that you mention that it could have been during the download process, well, I see it as more logical, it could be that. Anyway, let me know what happened.
You do a great job in sharing great legendary recordings and symphonic cycles under Bernstein's baton.
Thank you.
@lennyforever4472
Hello Friend. Thanks. I will post the symphony again soon.
