Overall Meaning

In Betrayer's song "Tribulation," the lyrics paint a picture of a passionate, chaotic life that is fueled by a hidden rage. The fire that lights the stage symbolizes the energy that drives the desire to succeed and achieve one's dreams, despite the struggle and pain that may come with it. The chorus speaks of life being a price we pay, but that desire stands strong and we must continue to play the symphony of life.
