Billy Lyrics

Que tu pianotes de tes dix doigts
Joue-moi plutôt Be pop a Lula
Comme à Nashville, ça s'arrangera
Joue-moi plutôt Be pop a Lula
Joue-moi plutôt Be pop a Lula
À tes guitares, harmonicas
Laisse-moi chanter Be pop a Lula
Suis le tempo, comme moi
Elvis, tu m'reconnais pas?
Pourtant je chante du Rock comme toi
Dolly Parton dans les bras
Ouap dou ouap, je branche avec toi
Pa-Pa Ludwig, ne m'en veux pas
Si j'te chante ça, très chabada
Mais pour les filles du Tennessee
Amour et Rock : même combat
Laisse-moi chanter Be pop a Lula
Puisque l'amour, j'suis fait pour ça
Le rock'n'roll, pour moi, ça suffira
Mes amitiés à l'opéra
BOOGIE !
These lyrics are from the song "Papa Ludwig" by Billy, and they talk about the desire to hear a specific type of music, "Be pop a Lula." The singer asks Papa Ludwig to play the music on the piano and guitars. The song seems to suggest that playing this music will help the singer feel more at home and happy. The singer also talks about using this music to attract the attention of a woman named Élise. The song references famous musicians like Elvis Presley and Dolly Parton as influences on the singer's love for rock and roll music.
The lyrics are filled with nostalgia and a sense of longing for the music that the singer loves. The repetition of "Be pop a Lula" and the request to play it reflects the importance of music in providing comfort and joy. The lyrics also touch on the idea of using music to connect with others, whether it's through attracting a love interest or finding community with other fans of rock and roll.
Overall, "Papa Ludwig" is a catchy and upbeat song about the power of music to bring people together and make them feel at home.
