And I'm just wondering why you never take my life,

Comore right there at my nephews drivin',
Fucked up daddy, I see the fire in my eye,
I'm down here hustling, but my heart is in the sky,
Shipped and changed mah, doin' my thang mah,

(We kill)
(Stunna' baby)
[Chorus: x2]
The song "So Tired" by Birdman featuring Lil Wayne reveals the ups and downs of the rap lifestyle as they grind tirelessly for the money. The chorus expresses the exhaustion that comes with hustling for success, but they continue to persevere because they believe that if they're not tired, they're not grinding enough. The lyrics suggest that their pursuit is not just for themselves, but also for their loved ones, as Birdman prays to God for protection and guidance for his son and daughter. The need to provide and protect their family is apparent, and Birdman acknowledges that the hustle is hard, but he and Lil Wayne are not alone. They have each other as well as their music family who will ride and die for money.
The second verse reveals a somber moment as Birdman attends his sister's funeral with his son and nephew by his side. Despite being down on earth, his heart is in the sky, indicating that he is still focused on his dreams for success. While they hustle and grind, they recognize that life can be fragile and precious, but they must continue moving forward.
Overall, the lyrics in "So Tired" convey the concept of the grind as a necessary evil on the path to success. It's a constant cycle of working hard and pushing through exhaustion, believing that their endeavors will pay off in the end.
