Had the privilege to know Larry back in the East Village, and shared Garage space with him. Super generous, unpretentious, Spiritually amazing human being. I was mesmerized with Grease Monkey, and Larry let me sit on it…it really was unnaturally balanced. Rode with him a few times out to Conney Island to go Polar Bear’ing. Still 😢miss him

I remember watching that bike (Chain Of Mystery) being built on TV. I was 20 years old and I thought it was the coolest bike I’ve ever seen. It still is.

There are thousands of people who would genuinely love to own one of those bikes. But very very few on this earth who deserve one of those bikes. All of us who love to ride have a bond with our motorcycle. It becomes part of us, its alive. Even looking trough my phone screen at those bike I can see the soul in them. I’ve never seen either one in person. But Im certain those are the coolest bikes on this earth.
