During 1970 and 1971, Wailer, Marley and Tosh worked with renowned reggae producers Leslie Kong and Lee "Scratch" Perry.
They released four albums before signing to Island Records in 1972. Two more albums were created before Tosh and Wailer left the band in 1974, citing grievances over label treatment and ideological differences. Marley carried on with a new line-up, including the I-Threes that put out seven more more albums. Marley died in 1981.
The Wailers were a groundbreaking ska and reggae group, noted for songs such as "Simmer Down", "Trenchtown Rock", "Nice Time", "War", "Stir It Up" and "Get Up, Stand Up".

Unite yourself and love Imanity"
'Cause puss and dog, they get together
What's wrong with loving one another?

What's wrong with you, my brother?
So Jah seh
Shall sit in the sidewalk
And beg your bread"
No, they can't and you know that they won't
So Jah seh, yeah

The song "So Jah S'eh" by Bob Marley & The Wailers is a call for unity, love, and self-determination among people. The lyrics convey a message of hope, freedom, and faith in the providence of the creator, Jah. The refrain "Not one of my seeds shall sit in the sidewalk and beg bread" means that no one who is a child of Jah should have to beg for sustenance, and instead should be empowered to create their own path in life. The lines "Cause puss and dog they get together, what's wrong with loving one another?" emphasize the importance of unity and love, metaphorically bringing together two traditionally opposing animals to show that unity is possible.
The verses "Ye are the sheep of my pasture, so verily thou shall be very well," and "Fear not for mighty dread, cause I'll be there at your side" reinforce Bob Marley's belief in the power of Jah, and show that people should not be afraid, even in difficult circumstances. The repeat of "I'n'I a-hang on in there, and I'n'I, I naw leggo" means that the singer is determined to persevere, despite obstacles and hardship, and will not give up.
Overall, "So Jah S'eh" is an inspiring call for unity, self-determination, and perseverance in the face of hardship, and emphasizes the power of love and Jah's providence in helping people overcome their struggles.

Classic reggae is a chant against oppression and injustice, and a call for God's intervention in our affairs. It is a chant essential for survival.

It's a slight adaptation of "So Jah Said".
A phrase commonly used in religious scriptures to quote the God being worshiped.
Here the name of the Rastafarian's God is "Jah".
You would also read somewhere: "Thus Spoke Zarathustra".
