38: the winged helmet of wotan/odin, the name refers to a famous german folk tale
37: ?
36: grenade is grenade, named after it's leader
35: ?
34: a variation of the "wolfsangel" rune, a symbol associated with a free spirit and a true warrior so basically the old germanic "sigma male"
33: named after the founder of the holy roman empire aka the 1st reich and what l assume is his personal coat of arms
32: the "tyr" rune associated with the northern warrior god of the same name
31: jägermeister division??
30: ?
29: variation of the iron cross?
29: symbol of the italian fascist party
28: ?
27: a version (slavic l believe) of the triskelion/triskele. A pagan holy symbol of stability/unity, the cosmos, life, nature and all things appearing in threes as is the law of god/s.
26: ?
25: ?
24: ?
23: ?
23: what l assume is a stylized version of the "othala" rune depending on translation meaning home, family/tradition, wisdom or wealth
22: ?
21: the albanian eagle
20: sword and euro symbol?
19: jojo's glyph?
18: sword
17: named after a legendary german knight also known as "götz of the iron hand" who was known to fight in battle with a prosthetic metal arm after loosing his real hand to a point blank cannon blast. The picture should explain itself
16: ?
15: ?
14: ?
13: a sword probably an ottoman saber, since the division was exclusively composed of muslim converts from the balkans region
12: ye olde "sieg" (victory) or "sovilo" (sun) rune as in the SS insignia, plus the key symbol of the leibstandarte, signaling these boys as in their name, to be the proteges of the true elite
11: nordic swastika also known as the "sonnenrad" (sun wheel)
10: stylized F but the name relates to an infamous general and mercenary leader from the late middle ages, often being credited for perfecting the landsknecht style of warfare. Revolutionizing the holy roman empire's armies from just mounted knights and peasant hordes into ranks of modern trained and payed soldiers
9: ?
8: horse and sword for cavalry division. Also named after another legendary knight, this one being sorta like the german robin hood or william wallace known for leading a peasent revolution, there's also a famous german folk song about him
7: ?
6: ?
5: another nordic swastika
4: could be a wolfsangel standig sideways or a stylized "eiwhaz" rune which amongst other things stands for defense and safety what would be about fitting for it being a police unit
3: the favorite symbol of every pirate and 4chan edgelord, originating in polish and prussian cavalry units and was popularized in WWl by the infamous stormtrooper units and later the freikorps. Coming from such a grim background it would indeed live up to it's reputation, the 3rd being known as exterminators and the reapers of the holocaust supervising the einsatzgruppen and being in charge of concentration camps
2: wolfsangel again
1: hitler's elite "guards" as the name suggests. The key symbol being a reference to the unit's leader "dietrich" (a german name but simultaniously a word for key or general purpose tool to open locks)

I guess l will pass my finals in nothern/germanic symbolism but l really should fresh up my eastern european lore, sorry for that lol.

29 (Russian) seems to be the Cross of St. George, or the Decoration of the Military Order of Saint George

The other 29 (Italian) is actually called a Fasces, a bound bundle of wooden rods, sometimes including an axe with its blade emerging. The fasces is an Italian symbol that had its origin in the Etruscan civilization and was passed on to ancient Rome, where it symbolized a magistrate's power and jurisdiction

26 and 25 are the symbol of the Arrowcross Party, which is the Hungarian Far-right ultranationalist party of the time, led by Ferenc Szálasi, which formed a government in Hungary they named the Government of National Unity

7 is a modified version of the Othala Rune (Addition of "Feet" or Serfs"), symbolizing several values of central importance to Nazi ideology

6 is a Hagal Symbol, its symbolic representation of "unshakeable faith" in Nazi philosophy, as Himmler put it. Basically just a symbol for 'Faith in Nazism'.
