Glad to see you’re enjoying this one, can’t wait for the record to be out. “True Friends” is about certain people more than others, and about a situation that really cut me up. But to be honest it, applies to a lot of people that I’ve known throughout my life. I don’t hold hate or anger towards anyone. Maybe I used to, but it’s just too draining of an emotion and this song is about making peace with those situations - Oli
