Salvation & The Martyr
Bury Tomorrow Lyrics

WE WILL, suffer under sacrifice
WE WILL, run to your side,
WE WILL, suffer under sacrifice,
WE WILL, watch as our city falls,
Chorus-
Will you keep your promise? can we find a way? (can we find away)
Will you keep your promise? can we find a way? (can we find away)
Will you keep your promise? can we find a way?
(Can we find a way) Can we find a way,
Chorus-
Will you keep your promise? can we find a way? (can we find away)
Will you keep your promise? can we find a way? (can we find away)
Will you keep your promise? can we find a way?
Can we find a way, can we find a way?
WE WILL , I WONT BE ALONE AGAIN ,
WE WILL, I WONT FALL THIS TIME,
WE WILL, I WONT BE ALONE AGAIN,
WE WILL, I WONT BE ALONE AGAIN,
The lyrics to Bury Tomorrow's song "Salvation & The Martyr" speak to themes of sacrifice, loyalty, and perseverance. The repeated "WE WILL" serves as a rallying cry and a reminder that the singer and their community are determined to face whatever challenges come their way.
The first verse talks about the suffering that the community will endure in the name of sacrifice. The use of "watch as our city falls" hints at a larger conflict or disaster that the community is facing. Despite this hardship, the singer is resolute in their commitment to their cause, promising to run to their side and suffer alongside them.
The chorus is a plea for the person or entity that the community is sacrificing for to keep their promise. The repetition of "can we find a way?" suggests that the situation is dire and that the singer is not entirely certain that they will be able to find a solution. However, the determination to keep going and their faith in a solution is unwavering.
The second verse focuses more on the individual speaker, rather than the community as a whole. The promises made here - "I won't be alone again" and "I won't fall this time" - suggest that the singer has faced similar difficulties in the past, but is now more prepared and supported to face them again. The repetition of "WE WILL" once again reinforces the idea that the singer is not alone, but is part of a larger collective that will overcome together.
Overall, "Salvation & The Martyr" is a powerful song about resilience and community in the face of hardship.
