1. Cans is the heavy / power metal side project of Joacim Cans, Hammerfall's singer. The songs tend to have a heavier sound and darker subject matter compared to HammerFall. Touring with Cans did occur in Europe, and a statement was released through an interview that he (Joacim Cans), was very happy with the positive feedback he received regarding this side-project, and that he would make a second album in the future. After the release of HammerFall's album "Threshold" and the corresponding tour in the second half of 2007, Joacim stated he already had "some good ideas" on a new album. In 2013 Joacim released a second solo album under his own name, this time entirely in swedish and with a pop/swedish folk song approach, seperating it from the heavy metal side project, of which Joacim hasn´t mentioned since his statement in 2007.

Dudes keep starin' music blarin' cause they know I'm that bitch
I'm like leave me alone
Don't want your number in my phone
Let's just be honest
Not trynna flaunt it
Just 'cause I feel good, and I can't make this up
These dudes keep starin' and keep on yellin'
If you see me in the street (Don't talk to me)
If you're likin' all my tweets (Don't talk to me)
If you want me in the sheets (Don't talk to me)
(Really dude?)
If you see me in the street (Don't talk to me)
If you're likin' all my tweets (Don't talk to me)
If you want me in the sheets (Don't talk to me)
Really put me on the spot when you're trynna shoot your shot
Don't hate the player, hate the game that's not something I adopt
Blowing up my notifications really testing up my patience
What ya doin'? What ya wearing? Imma block you it won't phase me
I'm like leave me alone
Don't want your number in my phone
Let's just be honest
Not trynna flaunt it
Just 'cause I feel good, and I can't make this up
These dudes keep starin' and keep on yellin'
I'm tired leave me alone
If you see me in the street (Don't talk to me)
If you're likin' all my tweets (Don't talk to me)
If you want me in the sheets (Don't talk to me)
(Really dude?)
If you see me in the street (Don't talk to me)
If you're likin' all my tweets (Don't talk to me)
If you want me in the sheets (Don't talk to me)
Oh thank you
No man I'm just... I'm just trying to pump my gas
The song "Don't Talk" by Cans is about a woman who is tired of men hitting on her and invading her personal space. She makes it clear that she is not interested in them and just wants to be left alone. She talks about being vibin' in her whip and having fresh kicks, which seems to attract the attention of some guys. She doesn't want their numbers in her phone and doesn't want them to talk to her in the street or on social media. She feels frustrated by their constant staring and yelling at her.
The lyrics of the song indicate a sense of empowerment and confidence. She is secure in herself and doesn't need the attention of these men. The song is a commentary on the unwelcome attention that women often receive from men in public spaces. The woman in the song is asserting her right to be left alone and calling out the behavior of these men.
The song has a catchy beat and an upbeat tone, which make it a fun listen. It is a great anthem for anyone who is tired of unwanted attention and is looking to set clear boundaries.

As teenagers, me and my brother used to say "Die, milk face!" to our dad at random times after he had us watch this movie with him. Then dad would say "Die, gas pumper!" to us in response and we'd all crack up laughing. It's been seven years since dad's death, and movie clips like this let me remember all the good times we had.
