I was in the most difficult situation of all the people they know.

My mother played a big role in how I grew up and who I became.

Another person who was instrumental in my upbringing and shaping my life.

I was raised in a way that emphasized power and respect, much like a Mafia Don.

They gas me like Exxon
They hyped me up and made me feel important like Exxon does with its gasoline.

Had me dealin' with ex cons
I was involved with people who had been to prison before, possibly engaging in illegal activities.

Frontin' with they Rolex on
Putting on a facade of wealth and success, possibly to impress others or to feel better about oneself.

Get sexed on a regular basis
I had sexual experiences at a young age, including with older women.

Grown women puttin' they faces
Adult women, who may have been in positions of authority, were engaging in inappropriate actions with me.

In all the wrong places
These experiences were happening in a way that was not appropriate or acceptable.

Molesting me
I was a victim of sexual abuse.

Now you see why my destiny
The negative experiences I went through as a child contributed to the challenges I faced in life.

Was fucked up 'cause my recipe
My upbringing and experiences combined to create a difficult situation for me.

But I blame my mother
My mother played a significant role in my upbringing and the negative experiences I had as a child.

'Cause I can't blame no other
Despite other negative influences in my life, my mother had the most significant impact.

And that's how my game was discovered
The negative experiences in my life contributed to the way I approached life, including the choices I made and the way I interacted with others.

My mom was a sucker, did that bullshit to my brother
My mother also had negative effects on my brother's life and upbringing.

But no matter what, I'ma love her
Despite the negative experiences I went through, I still have love for my mother.

She gave me life, even though she got high undercover
My mother's drug use may have contributed to the negative experiences I had growing up, but I am still grateful for the gift of life.

If she die, I can't find me another
Even if my mother were to pass away, I know that no one can truly take her place in my life.

The way I was raised and the experiences I went through were largely shaped by you, from the moment I was born.

When you slid on that crap shit, launch the strong
When you left us to deal with difficult circumstances, we were forced to become stronger and more resilient.

I eventually came to understand that my life was likely to continue on a difficult path.

Never cat with then bounce on his kids and his spouse
You never took care of your responsibilities as a father and husband, leaving us to fend for ourselves.

At the beginning, I knew my pops just had to be kidding
At first, I couldn't believe that my father could really walk away from us like he did.

He's coming back any day, he wouldn't leave us that way
I held onto hope that my father would one day return to us and make things right.

But anyway, the time got longer, my anger got stronger
As time went on and my father did not return, my anger and resentment towards him grew stronger.

It's no time to wonder the money I hunger
I was driven to succeed and make money in order to provide for myself and my family.

Without a blunder, I vowed to be all I could be
I worked hard and committed myself to being successful and achieving my goals.

Started running guns O.T., me and my code D.
I engaged in illegal activities, such as gunrunning, to make money and succeed in life.

Leave from the backstreets of A-T-L to N-why-see
I moved from one city to another, trying to find success and escape the difficult circumstances of my past.

When the gunspot got hot, I switched to the D
When things got too dangerous in one city, I moved to another and changed my focus to a different illegal activity to continue making money.

Now that Harlem World spot hot, and I'm on TV
My success has led me to appear on television and become a public figure.

I don't need no fake calls from yo' ass at all
I don't need any false words of encouragement or support from you.

Just leave me the way you left me and watch me ball
I will succeed without your help or support, despite the difficult circumstances you left me in.

You are the person responsible for shaping my life and experiences.

Stormy night, September '73
I was born on a stormy night in September of 1973.

Would you believe what my mom received from heaven was me?
I believe that I am a gift from heaven to my mother.

Second from me, my younger brother desperate as me
My younger brother faced similar challenges and difficulties growing up.

We see the world alike, type of girls he likes, the girls I like
My brother and I have similar tastes and preferences when it comes to romantic interests.

The shit that make him mad, it make me hype, bug like that
We both have certain things that bother us and other things that excite and energize us.

Share the same blood like that, grew up around thugs poppin' and shit
We share a close bond because we grew up together and were exposed to difficult circumstances and dangerous people in our neighborhood.

Cardboard boxes of shit, dirt bikes
We grew up with little money or resources, with toys like dirt bikes made from whatever we could find.

But now we hoppin' whips and merc, right?
Despite those difficult circumstances, we have both become successful and own expensive luxury cars.

Money's my birthright, my righteous birth so I floss
I believe that wealth is my destiny and something I deserve, so I choose to flaunt my success and financial security.

It's up to you to look inside yourself, see what's yours
Everyone has their own challenges and opportunities in life, and it is up to each individual to find and pursue their own path.

Consecutive times, New Year's Eve, light off nines in the skylines
We have experienced violence and danger in our lives, including firing guns on New Year's Eve.

Imaginary graves, poor the Henney on it
We mourn and honor our friends and family members who have passed away by pouring Hennessey on imaginary graves.

We lean on and support each other because many people we have known and cared about have died.
