I am a mother of 3 children and I was born with a cleft lip and palate. Life was not always easy and there will always be some strange and uncomfortable situations that will let us know that we are "different" and feels very painful. But I'm still proud of who I am because all those experiences forms my wonderful character and let me know what is really worth in life (maybe more than most other people). Greetings from Germany and Im very proud that there is somebody like you Carmit whos having such a big thing going on. No matter what.

From cleft family to you THANK YOU this song is amazing. Needs to b on iTunes so much. For others that don't know or has never been affected by cleft or antithetical birth defect listen up. These babies go through a lot feeding,sickness,ear infections a lot and I know personally a lot of surgeries. My daughter had two major surgeries by 10 months old and we luckily only have one more to go. Some has as much as 20-30 in their life. She's amazing and a great role model for younger kids that is affected by this.
