Therefore, I am proceeding at a calm and steady speed, without worrying about being fast like a hare in this slow pursuit, like a turtle.

Towards the finish line in a hurdled race
Moving towards the end goal despite facing obstacles along the way.

Sometimes it's a bit sour milk with a curdled taste
Occasionally, life can be unpleasant, leaving a bitter or spoiled sensation.
