Chris Grey (Vocal, guitar), Lars ”Vegas” Frimodt-Moeller (Drums) and Kasper
”Flufuluc” Lauersen (Bass). !

In 2012 the band won the Danish Blues Challenge & Moeblomania Blues
Award, which sent them to the European Blues Challenge in Toulouse 2013.
Here, in need of cigarets, Chris spotted Tommy (german artist Tommy
Schneller) who seemed like generous and nice (smoking) guy. He was! and a
great friendship started. Tommy invited the band to play a tour in Germany
(february 2014) in and around Osnabrück, which turned out to be a big
succes. !

Tommy Schneller also appears on the debut album “Lotta Love”. !

The music is best described as a mixture of old school styles, such as funk
and blues, and newer stuff like R’n’B and neo soul. The songs are a cocktail
of life’s ups and downs served with a good deal of humor not loosing the love
and respect for the music and its tradition. !

As a live act, Chris Grey & The BlueSpand reaches from the stage and meets
the audience with sweaty grooves, dynamics and energy combined with heart
felt songs and just a little bit of craziness.!
