As a child, all Christina wanted out of life was to become a singer, and she was driven by the music of Motown, Johnny Cash, Elvis, Tina Turner, Lauryn Hill and is currently influenced by Paramore, Pink, Biffy Clyro and Dashboard Confessional
For the past two years, she has been touring the UK extensively. Stripped down and acoustic or with a full-on band, sheβs proved the power of her singing, her songwriting and her stage persona and built a very large, loyal and fanatical gay and straight following, gaining momentum with every show
She has amazed crowds all over the world with her powerful infectious voice and has an amazing ability to engage the crowd she is performing
She plays guitar but with a twist, she can play a right handed guitar, upside down (She is left handed)
Christina has played countless venues in and around London (where she is based), including Barfly Camden, KoKo Camden and The Proud Galleries, to name a few. She has also sung at various venues in the USA-; Whiskey a go go (Hollywood) and The House of Blues (California), as well as these gigs she was asked to play at The Midlands Music Festival (supporting The Sugababes, Lemar, Blue and Atomic Kitten) and also Whitehaven Music Festival (supporting Belinda Carlile).
Christina writes and co-writes all her songs (with the exception of Runaway and Bulletproof)
Christina appeared on βAll Star Family Fortunesβ and took part in the production of a reality TV show by US Barvo called Chef Academy
And she has also been in a few daily's (i.e. Telegraph, Real Life, Mail) and took part in a photo shoot for Hello
Her CD "Lost Without You" was released in 2010.
Her 2013 collaboration with Gareth Emery on "Concrete Angel," which showcased her vocal prowess, was considered by some to be her breakthrough.

In this emotive and descriptive song, Christina Novelli creates a world where she feels alone even amongst a sea of people, for all she can hear is doubt and fear. However, she finds solace in the thought of a loved one who has passed away being by her side. The lyrics "People calling out my name, but I don't hear them, people next to me again, but I don't see them" illustrate how being lost in one's own thoughts and struggles can feel so isolating. When all she can think of is this lost loved one, she desperately pleads with them to come back to her even as a ghost, wishing to turn back time and be reunited.
