Hark the Herald Angels Sing
Christmas Carols Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Glory to the newborn King
Peace on earth, and mercy mild
God and sinners reconcile
Joyful, all ye nations, rise
Join the triumph of the skies
With angelic host proclaim
Christ is born in Bethlehem
Glory to the newborn King
Hail, the heaven-born Prince of peace
Hail the Sun of righteousness
Light and life to all he brings
Risen with healing in his wings
Mild he lays his glory by
Born that man no more may die
Born to raise the suns of earth
Born to give them second birth
Hark! the herald angels sing
Glory to the newborn King
Christ, by highest heaven adored
Christ, the everlasting Lord
Late in time behold him come
Offspring of the virgin's womb
Veiled in flesh the Godhead see
Hail, the incarnate deity
Pleased as Man with men to dwell
Jesus, our Emmanuel
Hark! the herald angels sing
Glory to the newborn King
Glory to the newborn King

@@Liatsukii we all came from some of the first ancestors of modern bacteria. This was when the primordial atmosphere was virtually oxygen free so there were only anaerobic heterotrophic bacteria which lived at around 4 billion years ago. Since then, the preponderance of life on earth (at around 3 billion years of the existence of organisms) were microscopical and bacteria and archaea were the dominant form of life. Following the laws of evolution, those microscopic organisms have evolved over billions of years into out modern society of a wide variety of life. There I hope I answered your question. In short, god isn't real. But I can still enjoy Christmas
