Thank you so much for uploading this amazing soundtrack! Tale Spin, was my favorite show as a kid. It really transcended the typical After School animation of the time.
@sammywestenberger9303
You’re welcome 😇
@rinalsingh1258
I always loved that theme from Talespin 1:07 - 1:25.
@princessmarlena1359
Right? So badass!
@JoeWGorman
I looked up this score specifically for this part. So iconic and sticks with me even 30 years later.
@WebsterJake
No doubt, and the show is criminally underrated. As we speak I'm going through a TaleSpin binge. I did the same with DuckTales several months ago. Both have fantastic scores and storylines - a quality that's all but dead in today's animated fare.
@atomofish
Yeah, I find it sad that Talespin gets so little attention when in comparison to the other DA shows. I really think its one of Disney's best productions. Regardless of whether or not it was on the big screen.
@WebsterJake
An epic, sweeping score? In a kid's cartoon?!?! As a 7-year-old in 1990 I didn't appreciate TaleSpin as much as I do now because fantastic shows like this were all over the TV - and we only had 59 channels on the box! Who'd have thought cartoon quality would go down the drain? Too bad The Disney Channel became a tween network :-/ Let's hear it for atomofish. These tracks are a great find and I hope anyone who watches your uploads will appreciate just how mega-scarce this promo CD really is.
@GregoryWeagle
Actually; the CD containing this is actually a rare demo CD that was never intended for general release. It was meant as a promotional device for Christopher L. Stone to find work. The fact that he filled it with TaleSpin music instead of Dragon's Lair or Phantasm makes me feel like he has a really high opinion on the show.
@daniverse9625
Also it's probably helps that Tailspin was one of his rare experiences working with an actual orchestra.
