Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Bicho endulante, bicho endulante
Bicho palo, bicho, bicho palo
Bicho elegante, bicho elegante
Nos sorprendimos al escuchar
tu sonidito tan natural
como un ruidito, un cha cha cha
Bicho palo, bicho bicho palo
Bicho endulante, bicho endulante
Bicho palo, bicho, bicho palo
Bicho elegante, bicho elegante
Tu sonidito tan natural
como un ruidito, un ca ca ca
nuestro amiguito quiere bailar
Bicho palo, bicho bicho palo
Bicho endulante, bicho endulante
Bicho palo, bicho, bicho palo
Bicho elegante, bicho elegante
The lyrics to Cineplexx's song "Bicho Palo" appear to be a celebration of a particular creature, referred to as "bicho palo" or "stick bug." The lyrics repeat a few phrases, describing the "bicho palo" as both "endulante" and "elegante" (meaning sweet and elegant) and expressing surprise at the natural sound it creates as it dances.
At the beginning of the song, the singers note how the "sonidito" (little sound) the "bicho palo" makes is so natural and enjoyable to listen to, and how the creature seems to be a welcome visitor to their gathering. The lyrics then repeat, seeming to emphasize the simple pleasure of watching and listening to this fascinating creature.
Overall, the song seems to celebrate the beauty of nature and the joy that can come from appreciating the strange and sometimes unexpected creatures that we share the world with.
