I just realized there is also ''rapping'' in some parts of the song, because Miki's voice is so whisper-y and quiet there it's hard to notice but it's more like she was spelling out sentences on one note only, and then goes ''everybody--''.

Okay, so. What I heard was "imi dami mase tomi". Which sounds like gibberish even in Japanese, I think. But I broke it down and tried to pick it apart piece by piece and now I think I've got a pretty solid theory. It sounds like gibberish because it uses really weird, disjointed grammar that no (sane) person would use. Depending on how you translate the bits and pieces, I found four possible translations:
1) "Look and you'll see a wealth of meaning."
2) "You look and look at the meaning."
3) "The meaning is looking at reality."
and the one that creeped me out most: 4) "I see you looking at the meaning."
... So if this theory's right... This song is about us trying to figure out what this song means.

Also, the place Miki is standing in looks to me like a weird, distorted version of the NYC public library, since there's a pair of lions and columns on either side of the entrance, and there are lots of what look like empty shelves lining the hall. Now I'm wondering what a huge library with nothing but empty shelves could symbolize here.

Guys I think this song was just meant to drive us nuts. The graphics have an optical illusion-esque quality to them, the description is just two question marks, the lyrics are indecipherable, and the video is exactly 4 minutes 20 seconds long.
