It has been 2 years since I was in the valley of the shadow of death. It was my first time there. I was burned out, heartbroken, anxious and afraid. I just wanted to feel normal again, the heavy weight to dissappear. One morning, when I laid in bed and cried because of the heavy burdens in my life, I found this song. It was like God himself spoke the words in the song to me. I returned to the song multiple times to remind myself that God would carry me through the darkness til I saw the sun again. The joy and light came back into my life after several months of hopelessness and despair and I was so thankful to God. He carried me every single day, even if it did not feel like that all days, and He shaped me and healed some wounds in my soul. I still return to this song sometimes to be remindered of what God spoke to me when I was at my lowest.

I pray that you beautiful soul who reads this would experience the same miracle as I. The great comfort and restoration that God gives. ❤

A few years ago towards the end of my freshman year of HS, I was struggling through really bad periods of anxiety and helplessness. It was all irrational but paired with teen hormones and quarantine isolation, I just couldn’t get the truth through my head. I’d prayed so many times for God’s help to rescue me from the despair and confusion stuck in my head, and I’d always phrased it in a “Please help me…” way. I wasn’t making any progress and I felt alone. But one day I was sitting on the floor of my room writing in my prayer journal and I decided to phrase it, “Will You help me…” I knew He can, but was He willing? After closing my journal, I went on my phone and clicked shuffle on my downloaded songs, knowing that He’d spoken to me through music before. This song came up. It took me a second to realize as I stared at the title, but I burst into tears as soon as it hit me. I’ve never heard God speak audibly to me, but that was the clearest answer to my prayer I’ve ever seen. And it meant so much to little 14-year-old me and still now. I still can’t believe that God loves me so much.

I think there are many people listening to this song, having problems with anxiety.
If you're one, I want to tell you something. I also had problems with anxiety and I had many anxiety attacks and I felt like I could never live a normal life again. But then I was at a camp last summer, where God spoke to me. He said that he wants to heal me and that after this camp nothing will be like before. And believe it or not, he really changed me and now I can be a normal person again. Of course anxiety today also is a weakness of me, because there are often moments I have to fight against it, but then I know that God healed me and that he is with me.
And I want to say to YOU that God wants to heal you too! He loves you and he never leaves you and he wants to carry you through it all.

I didnt do anything but i feel so tired inside . The brain is full of fight , its a battle feild . Im so tired for some reason theres a lot going on . But this song gave me comfort and hope that someday all will be fine and this battle will vanish . GOD ALREADY WON THE VICTORY !!!!!
Fear , anxiety , depression is lurking around me , i had this ever since i have known the truth . I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder.
I have been close to death, infact my heart stopped. God , and his son and helped me so much...im not saying I dont struggle with those memories and stupid thoughts...im just recovering. Im getting better. If a miracle like this can occur then a miracle will occur with your life and our saviour will provide us with the things that we need and will bring people into our lives to ease the pain further.. I know.

The first time i heard this song was a few days before i lost my aunt to lung cancer. She had been staying in our house with my dad,my brother and i until the day she passed. In an unexplainable way this song spoke straight to my heart,it still reminds me of her to date and sometimes i even cry just listening to it. Its a wonderful song, God bless!!
