Claps for Caroline is a six piece band from Törökszentmiklós, Hungary.

"So, first of all: we love music. Our is core-based, but not metal-core at all.A little bit more melodic.
Just try to mix some other genres e.g.: disco,pop,etc. and you'll get issue. That's correct!
We also love hard things like breakdowns, screams. So, you can find your music-style in our music."
CLAPS FOR CAROLINE is playing music together in this formation since May 2010. Their first performance was at a talent show in Hungary where they won as well. Since then they’ve had more and more opportunities. The genuine "Claps-sound" comes from the mixture of the electronic music, metal, serious break-downs and the almost pure pop vocals and scratchy screams as well. The unique combination of metal music and the electronic melodies guarantee the euphoric party atmosphere during the live shows.
Their first EP – called "This Is The Breakdown Now" – is available since 2010. They’ve reached much more national and international attention with their debut single called "Party Nerve,” and the same titled music video which indicated some divide in the local underground music scene. During the less than two years of existence, the band has participated in numerous festivals, and did gigs with bands like Texas in July, Helia, Hopes Die Last. Last fall Claps for Caroline did a successful Ukrainian tour.
The band has lost none of its dynamism; they are to come out with their first full album called Stories, and soon a new music video as well.
