The duo is best known for their hit single "Love Changes (Everything)" which reached Number 2 in the UK & Number 23 in the U.S. in 1987, and the hip hop-styled remix of "Rise To The Occasion", which was their breakthrough hit in the U.K., reaching Number 10. It did not chart in the U.S.
Rob Fisher died 25 August 1999 during surgery for bowel cancer, whilst Simon Climie released a solo album Soul Inspiration in 1992 before he became a successful pop producer for other artists such as Louise and MN8, as well as co-writer and musician on many of the more recent albums by Eric Clapton. I don't wear a disguise
I know you'd see right through it.
Oh
What you see with your naked eyes
Is the heart of me - that's what I am.
I will not compromise
What I say is what I mean.
This is me - so don't try and change it.
This is real - so don't rearrange it.
And don't hold a gun to my heart
Not unless you're ready to use it.
If you think you can tear me apart
Take a shot
I won't refuse it.
This is me - so don't try and change it.
This is real - so don't rearrange it.
This is me - find someone else!
This is me - don't try and change it.
What you see with your naked eyes
Is the heart of me - that's what I am.
I will not compromise
I don't like living lies
What I say is what I mean.
This is me - don't try and change it.
This is real - don't rearrange it
Find someone else!
This is me - don't try and change it
Find someone else!
This is real - don't rearrange it.

Everything remains a standout album of the 1980a . Criminally underrated this slice of pop magic combines rifts and melodies that stay with you and lyrics that continue to have meaning to those who really listen
