Bravery
Clou Lyrics

Then youґre going down with me
Stone cold blood runs in my veins
Is it so hard to believe?
Iґve seen that look so many times
I was wearing my disguise
Tear it up and here I am
What is the bravery?
Why is it history?
All alone canґt you see
In your final hour youґll believe
What is the bravery
And what it means to me
Try try but youґll always be
Your greatest enemy
Running through the corridor
Helpless scratches on the wall
Desperate shapes of desperate words
Come out of your mouth no more
As the silence rips the hole
Darkness covering it all
I will always lead the way
With the bright torch in my hand
What is the bravery?
Why is it history?
All alone canґt you see
What is the bravery
And what it means to me
Try try but youґll always be
What is the bravery?
Why is it history?
All alone canґt you see
What is the bravery
And what it means to me
Try try but youґll always be
The lyrics of Clou's song Bravery speaks of resilience, courage, and determination in the midst of adversity. The first verse "If I'm going down in flames, then you're going down with me" portrays the singer's unwillingness to go through difficulties alone, as if she is saying that if she's going to suffer, she's going to make sure her companion suffers with her. She emphasizes her unbreakable and fearless spirit by saying "Stone cold blood runs in my veins, is it so hard to believe?".
The second verse emphasizes the theme of the song which is about bravery. The singer poses the question, "What is the bravery? And what it means to me?" and then affirms that it is something personal that cannot be fully understood by others by saying, "All alone can't you see?". She then speaks about the passage of time and how, in the end, everyone will come to see and appreciate the concept of bravery when they face the ultimate test of their lives.
The third verse refers to a kind of struggle or fight. The words "Running through the corridor, helpless scratches on the wall. Desperate shapes of desperate words come out of your mouth no more" paint a vivid picture of someone struggling through life trying to cope with the hardships that come their way. However, the singer expresses her conviction in leading the way out of the darkness by saying "I will always lead the way, with the bright torch in my hand".
Overall, the song Bravery is an empowering and inspiring song about never giving up and fighting through life's challenges. It encourages determination, resilience, and an unshakable resolve in the face of difficulties.
